Due to COVID-19, we will update this document in real time to inform you of our enthusiasm for order delivery.
According to the current delivery instructions as follows:
When in stock:

After the order is paid, we will accept your order within 1-2 working days. Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered to you within 3-6 days.

Insufficient stock or replenishment soon:

After payment, if the inventory is insufficient, we will process the order for you within 1-2 working days.
When the stock is low: You will receive a refund and email notification within 3 days.
Order products: When you need the product very much, because the goods have not yet arrived in the warehouse, by contacting you, we will deliver the goods for you as soon as you arrive at the warehouse.
Replenishment within 10 days after inventory: You will receive an order update notification within 3 days, or you can notify us of a refund by email.

About delivery:
When you receive the goods, you can check and accept them. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return or exchange. And you refuse to accept the goods when you receive them. After returning the goods, the return process will be carried out according to your needs.

About traffic:
Bretoes For the United States, we have real-time free logistics and delivery. Due to the long shipping process in Canada, we charge $12 for shipping in Canada.

About order tracking:
The logistics of UPS, USPS and other countries/regions include order tracking by default, but some logistics are provided by Amazon. When your order status is “shipped”, don’t worry. When your order is shipped by Amazon, its shipment will not show logistics tracking, but will only show that it has been shipped.
