Return & Refund Policy

Return instructions

You have 30 calendar days to return the product from the day you receive it.

To be eligible for return, your item must contain one of the following 2 items:

  1. Because you don’t like it or don’t want it anymore, it must be unused and in the same state as the received item.
  2. After receiving the item, if the item is found to have quality problems and damage after opening the package, the item can be returned or exchanged.

In order to ensure normal sales, the returned products shall not damage the packaging and bear the appearance label

All returned products need to have a complete outer packaging (and you need to photograph the entire outer packaging and internal products). After the customer service staff confirms the return, you will be notified how to apply for a return at Bretoes and your return address will be sent.

Some products clearly inform “non-returnable” in the product details page

Your product must use the original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our Responsibility

Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, color or size.

Your Responsibility
Oops! Somewhere along the way you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it’s up to you to sort things out and unfortunately we cannot refund your item.

For example:

Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at time of purchase.

And damage to items caused by one’s own reasons

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment) within a 2 to 7 days period depending on your bank.

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly be different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.

Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

Return instructions

After receiving your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After checking the product, we will immediately notify you of the refund status.

If your return is approved, we will refund in the same way (PayPal)

If you need to return the goods, you need to meet one of the above two conditions. You need to take internal photos and external photos to prove that these products can continue to be sold in the market. After waiting for customer service confirmation,The relevant return address will be sent to you. After the goods are delivered to the warehouse, we will inspect the products. After passing the review, we will refund the money to you

(If your return is approved, we will refund your payment in full, but PayPal will charge a handling fee, and we will not bear PayPal’s handling fee)

Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge. We also provide full refunds in instances of defective or damaged goods.

Transportation policy

After applying for a refund, our customer service staff will get in touch with you, arrange a return warehouse for you, and inform you of relevant instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own transportation costs for the returned items. And your shipping cost of the product is non-refundable.
